I know, I know, I said I'd review The Foreigner this week as the Summer of Steven Seagal continues. Unfortunately, or fortunately, I was unable to get the movie in time. Therefore, I have to present to you, Out for Justice. Seagal plays Gino, a police officer with a checkered past who happens to be funny horror movies the best in the world. His partner is shot, and science fiction movie reviews he spends the next 90 minutes trying to find sci-fi movie reviews and kill the man responsible. That's... pretty much it.
